Why is NBC not showing medal ceremonies in the 2010 Winter Olympics?

NBC's coverage of the 2010 Vancouver games is pretty sucky, but even worse, they haven't shown any medal ceremonies. Why not? I read on the official Vancouver games site that they were scheduling medal ceremonies every evening for events the day before, but I haven't seen anything regarding that either. What's going on?
