I have a little trouble with this one mission in Fallout 3.?

I am in big town and i have to choice of defending the town by super mutants or making theme robot defenders when i chose making theme robot defenders red said they have some robots in the junkyard i followed theme to the junkyard but i see no robots. Where are they?
