Help with an NPR Puzzler?

Together Tom and Chris can paint the building in 10 days. Doug and Chris can do it in 15 days. If Doug and Tom paint together it will take 30 days. The question is, how long would it take each of them working alone to paint the office building? Hint: Doug is not going to like this answer at all.
