PUPPS? early pregnancy?

i'm only in the 1st trimester but i have little red bumps like dots but they dont itch all over my belly abit like goose bumps but not that many but there all over my stomach looks abit like whn u get a rash from shaving on legs? i duno wot it is but its not reli botherin me enuf to go to doctors any1 help?
