Which RB should i start this week.?

ive got 4 RB but can only start 2. i know im gonna start maurice drew-jones(vs. TEN). but im not sure if i should go with julius jones(vs. BUF), ryan grant (vs MIN), or ray rice(vs CIN). jones seems like the best choice but i he is sharing his spot with 2 other RB in seatle. then grant is going against the vikings rush defense which is gonna be tough and finally rice is just a rookie and its unknown how much time he'll play.
