Trying to get pregnant, need to raise money, any ideas?

My husband and I would like to have a child together, but he had gotten a vasectomy with his previous marriage, so we need to raise the money to have a reversal done. In my search its about 5,000, I need some ideas on what we can do to raise money..... We are saving up, but it would be nice if we could get to our goal faster.
