Winter Bachelorette Party Ideas?

My sister will be having her bachelorette party in February, and I'm having a hard time thinking of things that we could do. She does not want to go to a bar, spa or casino. Because it is cold and snowy here in February, the only idea that I have come up with so far is going on a Sleigh Ride and out to dinner? Does anyone have other ideas?
