What is your favorite recipe?

Let me be the 1st to say that your mac sounds Amazing:) My fave recipe is to saute some garlic, onion, cilantro, in, lime juice and shrimp together with some diced fresh tomatoes and serve that over angel hair or regular spaghetti pasta:) I then finish it with a dash of red pepper flakes, s&p and more lime, or lemon juice(depending on what I have on hand) Sorry, I don't measure, but add ingredients as our taste buds crave.
