What is the one truth that cannot be doubted according to descartes?

i know that he wanted us to forget how the previous phylisophy was tought and he tried to make a new way of philosophy contructed by knowledge and things that could be proven.But what was that one tuth that cannot be doubted??? i cant seem to figure it out, can someone help me??
