What can I do about a falsely filed domestic abuse report?

My boyfriend and I got into an altercation where I was drunk, and I was yelling in his face, began pushing him and went to swing on him. In self-defense, he lightly pushed (more like moved) me away from him. I was very intoxicated and wearing high heels. I fell down and broke my clavicle. The next morning i went to the hospital, and an officer came to speak with me. I briefly told them what happened (without mentioning my part in feadomesticting in trouble :/), and apparently now there's a big doemstic violence case. When I was speaking to the officer, I was under the medication they had previously given me (percocet), a klonopin I had taken before leaving to the hospital, and I had smoked several bowls of marijuana to help with the pain. I'm not even entirely sure what I told police but I know things got misconstrued because the police arrived at my home looking for my boyfriend. I did not want to speak to the police, and the officer was intimidating me and threatening me to give the answers he wanted. My boyfriend has but has never hurt me and we've been dating over 2 years. What can I do about this? I already called the police station to try to see and they very rudely accused me of lying and said it was out of my hands. I know this is a very serious charge and I do not want my boyfriend to get wrongly accused.
