Has anyone noticed this easter egg in Black Ops?

In the mission "Numbers", after you resupply, there's a Kiparis submachine gun that you can pick up. After shooting 66 rounds out the window, the TV in the room switches channels to Shirley Phelps as a transual having with Fred Phelps. Has anybody noticed this?
