Federal law prohibits discrimination against individuals based on status, but the protections are limited to protected cles of individuals, based on race, color, religion, , national origin, age, and disability. Do you believe these protected cles go too far, or do they not go far enough? Is there a new type of discrimination taking place in the workplace today, where people who were formerly discriminated against are now being given an unfair advantage? Are there additional cles of individuals who suffer from discrimination and need protection? What do you think?
